Allnet4u Enterprise Anti Spam Policy (update january 7, 2022).

 

This statement applies to those Allnet4u websites and services that display or link to this notice.

Allnet4u Enterprise prohibits the use of the Services in any manner associated with the transmission, distribution or delivery of any unsolicited bulk or unsolicited commercial e-mail (“Spam”).

 

You may not use any Services to send Spam.
You also may not deliver Spam or cause Spam to be delivered to any of Allnet4u’s Enterprise Services or customers.

In addition, e-mail sent, or caused to be sent, to or through the Services may not:

 

1. use or contain invalid or forged headers;

2. use or contain invalid or non-existent domain names;

3. employ any technique to otherwise misrepresent, hide or obscure any information in identifying the point of origin or the transmission path;

4. use other means of deceptive addressing;

5. use a third party’s internet domain name, or be relayed from or through a third party’s equipment, without permission of the third party;

6. contain false or misleading information in the subject line or otherwise contain false or misleading content;

7. fail to comply with additional technical standards described below, or

8. otherwise violate the applicable Terms of Use for the Services.

 

There are a number of reasons your IP address may have been listed, including but not limited at:

The email server at this IP address contains a virus and has been sending out spam
The email server at this IP address may be configured incorrectly
The server at this IP address may be infected with a virus or botnet software program
An individual in the organization at this IP address may have a virus or botnet program
The marketing department of a company at this IP address may be sending out bulk emails that do not comply with the CAN-SPAM Act
In some rare cases, your Spam Firewall may be misconfigured

 

Allnet4u Enterprise does not authorize the harvesting, mining or collection of e-mail addresses or other information from or through the Services.
Allnet4u Enterprise does not permit or authorize others to use the Services to collect, compile or obtain any information about Allnet4u customers or subscribers, including but not limited to subscriber e-mail addresses, which are Allnet4u’s confidential and proprietary information.
Use of the Services is also subject to the applicable Terms of Use, or Terms of Services, or Policy.

 

Allnet4u Enterprise does not permit or authorize any attempt to use the Services in a manner that could damage, disable, overburden or impair any aspect of any of the Services, or that could interfere with any other party’s use and enjoyment of any Service.

 

If Allnet4u Enterprise believes that unauthorized or improper use is being made of any Service, it may, without notice, take such action as it, in its sole discretion, deems appropriate, including blocking messages from a particular internet domain, mail server or IP address.
Allnet4u Enterprise may immediately terminate any account on any Service which it determines, in its sole discretion, is transmitting or is otherwise connected with any e-mail that violates this policy.

 

Nothing in this policy is intended to grant any right to transmit or send e-mail to, or through, the Services. Failure to enforce this policy in every instance does not amount to a waiver of Allnet4u’s Enterprise rights.

 

Unauthorized use of the Services in connection with the transmission of unsolicited e-mail, including the transmission of e-mail in violation of this policy, may result in civil, criminal, or administrative penalties against the sender and those assisting the sender.

 

When Allnet4u Enterprise receive complaints. A Priority trouble ticket is open.

 

1- You must respond and include the original email (.eml format), or send the header and the body of this message that triggered the alert.
2- Send the URL of your unsubscribe link on your site or/and the unsusbcribe link embed in the email you sent to your clients.
3- Explain what is causing the spam problems and complainst.
4- Explain what you done so far to protect your server from spam
5- Explain your anti spam policy regarding owners, users or/and clients using your server with your permission.

 

Failing to send these informations could lead to the server temporty suspension within 24 hours and termination within 48 hours.

 

Allen4tu Enterprise could ask after few IP unblock requests from the Customers, an sample of your emails, header and body in order to analyse the contents and discover the cause of our anti spam alert.

 

When a server is temporary suspended and we are waiting for your answeer, you still have to paid your server.

Payment will not unsuspend your server, neither the IP address.

 

Customers with newslist or similar (sending emails by batch), must include link to unsubscribe on their websites.

 

We use multiple tools to check spams and hacks. We receive also report from multiple anti spam sites.

Fees for sending Spam
$4.00 + processing will be charged when the ip is blacklisted.
Charge is for each ip for each RBL organisation.
eg. your ip is blacklisted in 2 RBL list – you will be charged $8.00 + payment processing fees.

The solution: do NOT send spam.
