Renewal notice is emailed few days before the renew date of your account. If you are using a subscription payment, your services will be automatically updated.
Cancellation and Early Termination
Customers must acknowledge that the amount of the services bought is based on customers agreement to pay the fee for the initial term or renewal term.
Allnet4u Enterprise has the right to discontinue service, or deny access to anyone who violates our terms and conditions WITHOUT WARNING or PRIOR NOTICE.
The clients can not host inacceptable bulk emailing script, IRC, Bots, unsolicited emailing, newsgroup spamming, upload scripts (Rappidleach), pornographic content, illegal content, copyright infringement, trademark infringement, warez sites (including links to/from), cracks, software serial numbers, proxy-relaying, link farming (the act of or by use of scripts), link grinding, link-only sites, spamdexing, FFA and anything else determined to be unacceptable to the general public acceptance.
Customer represents and warrants to Allnet4u Enterprise that the information provided for purposes of establishing and maintaining the service is accurate.
Unsolicited commercial advertisements ('SPAM') are strictly prohibited in e-mail, and will likely result in account cancelation. Allnet4u Enterprise takes a zero-tolerance approach to SPAM originating from its servers or for spam advertising of domains hosted within our network. If found, the client accounts account may be deleted, or suspended.
100% SLA UPTIME
The uptime guarantee applies if you are in good financial standing with Allnet4u Enterprise at the time of a service outage.
SERVICE AGREEMENT ('SLA') - Allnet4u Enterprise endeavors to have the clients content of his website available for http access by any party in the world 100% of the time, only if the client do not block ports on his services.
Credit shall not be provided to the client in the event that you have any outage resulting from:
- Scheduled maintenance as posted from time to time at Allnet4u Enterprise,
- Your behavior or the performance or failure of your equipment, facilities or applications,
- Circumstances beyond Allnet4u Enterprise reasonable control, including, without limitation, acts of any governmental body, war, insurrection, sabotage, embargo, fire, flood, strike or other labor disturbance, interruption of or delay in transportation, unavailability of interruption or delay in telecommunications or third party services, including DNS propagation, domain name registration/transfer, failure of third party software or hardware or inability to obtain raw materials, supplies, or power used in or equipment needed for provision of your web site,
- Clients breaking any agreement policy in Allnet4u Enterprise 'Terms & Conditions and AUP' causing a machine to fail as a result.
Allnet4u Enterprise provides technical support that encompasses within our area of expertise. Such expertise includes assistance, troubleshooting, and debugging of server harwares within our immediate responsibility.
Under no circumstances, Allnet4u Enterprise will help in the installations or providing assistance of applications not from Allnet4u Enterprise.
Allnet4u Enterprise servers come unmanaged. Our maintenance level 2 support fix problems such server down due to your setting, install management interface, plugins, and modules.
We do not cover custom partition configuration neither with our standard support or level 2 maintenance service.
If your custom partition is not possible with our API interface, it is because the configuration of your server with the OS you choose and your new partition is not possible.
Allnet4u Enterprise will not refund your server order, if you do a custom partition or anything not standard and not coming with the server when it was delivered to you.
Customer agrees that Allnet4u Enterprise may suspend your service if
(i) We reasonably believes that the services are being used in violation of the AUP;
(ii) Customer fails to cooperate with any reasonable investigation of any suspected violation of the AUP;
(iii) We reasonably believes that the suspension of service is necessary to protect its network or its other customers;
(iv) Request by a law enforcement.
Customers agrees to paid their service on or before the due date.
When payment is past due, the service is suspended and $5.00 late fees will applies if you want to renew your server.
If you service is paid during the 24 hours after your service is suspended, the fees will be credited to your account and our system will take off the $5.00 fees from your next monthly payment. This late fees is not refundable and not transferable on another account.
If your service is not paid after the 24 hours grace period, your service will be terminated and re-distributed. All your datas will be removed with no possibilities to retrieve. If you want back your service, a new order will be required.
Account with no service and no activities in their affiliate program are removed from our system. Allnet4u web hosting do not keep personal information in record.
Customers has several choices to pay their service(s) on time.
1- When he receives a payment advice from our system;
2- When he receives a notice of non payment from our system;
3- Add credits in advance in their accounts;
4- Subscribe monthly.
It is up to the customer, the resposability to save his datas.
Our web servers automatically create a backup for our customers with a shared account, but we do not guarantee 100% accuracy if a request for restoration is made. despite the fact that the system is reliable.
Our clients with virtual and dedicated server have to make their owns backup, our servers will not backup their datas, except on virtual server, you susbcribe to our backup servive.
Allnet4u web hosting reserves in its sole discretion, the right to remove your IP addresses, (all or part of it), if you breach our Anti Spam policies.
