IP blocked

It could happens that your connection IP is blocked in the servers or in a specific services like cPanel access, Webmail access, FTP access, etc.

This can happen for many reasons, most of the time is because you have attempted to login many times to the different services (cPanel, FTP, Webmail, POP3, SMTP, etc.) with the wrong login information and our security system after detecting many failed login attempts end up blocking your connection IP to access the server or the specific service.

So to make things easy for you, we did add a system in the Client Area which detect automatically if your IP is blocked in the server and if is blocked it remove the block. The only thing you have to do is simply login in your Client Area. If you were blocked you will see an alert message in your Client Area as below.

To completly remedy the situation, open a trouble ticket with your IP address and internet service provider name.

You can check your IP address with google searh, just enter myip.
